Woodville Mad Hatters Day

Woodville Town Centre Sunday, 19 November '17

It’s green signals all the way as our very own Woodville Ambassadors - Ian & Sandra Riley together with Mayor Tracey Collis (complete with mayoral chains) put on their finest fancy dress costumes, and board the Mad Hatter Express in Feilding to host a trainful of rail enthusiasts heading our way on November 19th.

They’ll be looking to experience all that our town has to offer, so let’s make sure they get more than they’re bargaining for.

There’ll be a market, there'll a beer garden, there’ll be gala games, there’ll be flowers blooming all along Vogel Street and loads of bunting too. And that’s not all that’s getting dressed up for the occasion.

Everyone’s invited to join in the fun by putting on the world’s weirdest hats and their most styly outfits. Our guest judges will select winners of the Mad Hatter Hat Competition with prizes for the best hat - male, female and child.

So if you’ve got an idea, or an act, that would make the day even more fun, we want to hear from you.

The more the merrier so drop us an email to book either your stall for the market or to book your act. Open to all Woodvilleans and community groups to get involved.

See you there - oh and wear a hat!
