This year Aussie recording artist Don Costa who was a hit with everyone in 2016 is coming back. Also, Carleen Still from the far North who was also a guest Artist in 2016 is coming back too. Carleen Still loves the Hoedown and does not want to miss it. Carleen is a crowd pleaser and has recorded CD’s too.
Joy Adams and Allan Barron are also attending this year - both are top NZ entertainers so the line-up for the showcase is looking excellent.
Background on the Event
Each year Cromwell Gold N Notes has got bigger and bigger with a record crowd of 900 people attending in 2017 with over 70 artists singing the weekend away with more than 40 recording artists as well coming from all over NZ.
Motorhomers can come a week earlier if they wish. They can stay on after the Hoedown if they wish to attend the New Motorsport Highland Park meet, which is the weekend after our Hoedown this year. It is a big weekend. See www.highlands.co.nz so why not come and stay another week longer in Central Otago, it could end up a big couple of weekends for some.
